Weekly, you will need to fill out an update page to keep your profile up to date with what you have been doing.
For each update you do, you will get 100 Zeni as reward. Please make sure you only do this weekly, and try to keep from posting more than once a week.
NOTE: Updates will not affect current ongoing battles you are taking place in. Be wary of updating while you are in a fight, as you will not have your update accepted until the battle subsides.
These are the following standards for upgrade forms:
Training: (Types are as follow. Only pick ONE and put it here. The least training can do for you is 1 point added to trained stats.)
[Solo Options] Weight Training - Strength +5% (Max 25% base, after that you will need to use another option.) Sprinting - Agility +5% (Max 25% base, after that you will need to use another option.) Balancing - Dexterity +5% (Max 25% base, after that you will need to use another option.) Meditation - Spirit +5% (Max 25% base, after that you will need to use another option.) Intensive Training - Vitality +5% (Max 25% base, after that you will need to use another option.)
[Co-op Options] (To use these kinds, both characters must put that they are training with the chosen type.) Co-op Weight Training - Strength +7.5% (Max 35% base, after that you will need to use another option.) Track Sprinting - Agility +7.5% (Max 35% base, after that you will need to use another option.) Duo Balancing - Dexterity +7.5% (Max 35% base, after that you will need to use another option.) Two-person Meditation - Spirit +7.5% (Max 35% base, after that you will need to use another option.) Co-op Intensive Training - Vitality +7.5% (Max 35% base, after that you will need to use another option.)
[Master Training Options] (Boosts are dependant on the master you train under. Remember that you must keep a master for at least 2 weeks before switching.) Master Train - +?% (Max ?% base)
EXP/Training Boosts: (Insert any boosts you get from Traits, Perks, Equipment, or Racials here.)
EXP Gains: (Solo Training gives you 10% of your max EXP for the current level you are on. Co-Op Training gives you 15% of your max EXP for the current level you are on. Master Training gives you a certain % of your Max EXP depending on your level and Master.)
Level Up: (If you have enough EXP, you can Level Up here! If you have multiple levels to gain, make sure to repeat all the processes. If you do not want to level up or cannot, leave “Level Up:” blank.)

Current EXP: (Put the EXP you have now here. EXP can go over the current level’s cap, so this is needed. Training for this week counts towards your current EXP.)
Apply Stat Changes: (Base Stats for new level = Level# + 110% Base Stats of the last level. Put these new stats into the places below. Trained points stay the same.) Strength - # (+#) Agility - # (+#) Dexterity- # (+#) Spirit - # (+#) Vitality - # (+#)

Note that you must have received the item by the time the update is put up. Keep in mind how much inventory space you have free.)

Weapon Slot - Weapon Change Hat Slot - Hat Change Upper Body Slot - Upper Body Change Lower Body Slot - Lower Body Change Boots Slot - Boots Change Ring Slot - Ring Change Accessory Slot - Accessory Change Mask/Necklace Slot - Mask/Necklace Change

Rest and Relax: (If you choose to take it easy for the week, you may do so. Filling out this part is on you, as you are not required to ever do this part.)
Rest and Relax Type: (Put which type you would want to take… The following are the available types of R&R. more types of R&R can become available. Stats affected by R&R will be handled by staff.)
[Some Small Breaks]: (Reduces your training EXP and point gainage output by 25%, but converts 33% of the current Fatigue into health and restores 10% more health on top of that.)
[Taking a good break]: (Reduces your training EXP and point gainage output by 50%, but converts 66% of the current Fatigue into health and restores 10% more health on top of that.)
[Deep Rest]: (You are unable to get anything from training, but 100% of Fatigue you have is converted into health.)
[Medical Care]: (100% of your Fatigue is converted to Health and 100% of your health is regained. You are unable to get anything from training, and you lose 10% of all your trained points.)
Additional Notes: Trained points do NOT increase as you level up. The percentage that you have trained your stats at will be affected as you must take the new base into consideration. I will give an example.
You trained your agility when the base was 100 for 5%. Thus, your total stats increase to 105 Agility. The added 5 points are separate from your base stats, however, when you level up. Now say you want to level up, and the new base of Agility for that level is 200. You will then, by carrying over your trained points, have 205 Agility instead of 210 Agility. Now if we do the math, 205 is only 102.5% base, so the training percent will DECREASE when you level up. This is to encourage players to keep training after leveling up and to prevent people from ever hitting 175% base stats with training on all stats.
